Every Lingoodle session is designed with child safety at its core. Our Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) oversees all safeguarding matters. All tutors undergo rigorous vetting including enhanced background checks before they teach a single session.

We handle personal data — especially children's data — with the highest standard of care. We are GDPR compliant, COPPA compliant, and operate under a strict Data Processing Agreement with every enterprise partner.
Tutors never communicate directly and privately with children. All WhatsApp communications include the parent and Lingoodle's DSL in every group. There is no 1:1 channel between a tutor and a child.
Parents receive progress reports every five weeks. Enterprise partners receive an anonymised cohort impact summary at the end of each programme. Nothing is hidden.
